Overview
ZUUM’s Shipper TMS is a SaaS platform designed to help shippers manage freight operations more efficiently through improved visibility, automation, and collaboration with carriers. I led the design of the go-to-market experience, including the product landing page and supporting marketing assets, to introduce the platform and communicate its value to shippers.

Challenge
The main challenge was communicating a complex logistics product in a way that felt simple and relevant to shippers with different levels of operational maturity. We needed to clearly differentiate the Shipper TMS in a competitive market while making its core value easy to understand quickly across multiple touchpoints.

My goal was to create a cohesive marketing experience that positions the Shipper TMS and helps shippers understand how it improves visibility, efficiency, and decision-making. This included designing a landing page and supporting campaign assets that work together to drive awareness and generate qualified leads.

By simplifying messaging and focusing on key shipper pain points, and how ZUUM's Shipper TMS brings the solution. The improved structure and visual hierarchy helped communicate value more effectively, leading to stronger positioning, higher engagement, and better quality inbound interest from target users.
